Presentation Night
- All Heritage trophies need to be returned asap
- We will be holding a raffle, can each team donate at least one prize please?
- The names of any players who now qualify for the 100, 200 & 300 clubs should be forwarded to Gavin.
- A brief synopsis of your team’s season needs to be sent to Brian, this will be read out during presentation. Req’d by 31st May.
- Setup for Presentation night will begin during the week before, with as many people as possible to help with setting up fencing, tables, chairs etc.
- Haydon Bridge Festival takes place on 7th June. The festival donates money to the club in return for the use of the grounds and the assistance of the club to setup and clear everything away after the event. Can as many people as possible assist when asked this year please?
- We will have inflatables similar to last year and games prior to the actual presentation, we will need coaches to assist in managing the use of these activities.
